Pricing & Engagement Model

No obligation • NZ‑focused • Early pilot programme

Transparent, staged pricing aligned to feasibility, complexity, and the New Zealand context.

DigiShares New Zealand operates on a staged engagement model.

Pricing depends on the complexity of the landholding, ownership structure, stakeholder arrangements, and regulatory considerations.

We begin with a confidential discussion to determine suitability before any work is undertaken

Why don’t we use “flat pricing”

Design a vibrant image showing a group of excited young investors discussing real estate opportunities over coffee in a modern café. The scene should include visuals of property listings on laptops and phones, with an inviting atmosphere filled with bright colors. Include props like business charts and investment brochures to emphasize engagement. The composition should have a lively and accessible feel, capturing a moment of discovery and enthusiasm.

Every landholding is different.

Ownership structures, succession considerations, debt arrangements, stakeholder dynamics, and compliance requirements can vary significantly across New Zealand properties.

For this reason, DigiShares NZ does not use one-size-fits-all pricing. Instead, we provide staged fee ranges to help you understand typical costs before committing to more extensive work

Pilot Programme

The environment should be a sophisticated tech hub, with sleek designs and glowing interfaces. Use a high-energy, bright lighting scheme, projecting an atmosphere of innovation and excitement. The camera angle should be dynamic, focusing on hands interacting with VR controls. Incorporate digital screens displaying analytics and real estate data to enhance the technological theme. The final image should achieve a photorealistic look.
